Danny & Jeff,
I just listened to your show on homelessness, for me, there were too many #'s being thrown around, I understand you both were trying to make your points with the #'s, but it took over too much of the show. I believe there is a homeless problem, but unfortunately I believe most of it is also self inflicted, I think the #'s are increased just so they can get more monies from the gov. to fund these programs & the truth is a lot of it is lining some fat cats pockets, not helping anyone, As for ppl losing their homes to foreclosure, I think some are because of greed but I also think ppl get in hard spots, in some cases, elderly folks are taken advantage of through lenders & promise them a fixed rate, & then that changes & they lose their homes because of it, so I wouldn't agree that everyone that loses their home through foreclosure is because of greed, a lot of them, yes, but you can't say all. Just my opinion, guys! Props to you both for another good show! Hope more ppl not only listen, but give feedback also!
